Belkin Warranty Replacement Program


The following steps outline Belkin’s Warranty Replacement process. Belkin warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Each step must be completed to ensure that your Warranty Replacement Program request is processed.


Step #1

Review the Terms and Conditions, fill out your contact and shipping information and select your Belkin product.

Step #2

Review the type of Warranty Replacement you would like:

Advance Replacement (Recommended) - Belkin will send a replacement product to you first, and you will return the defective product within 20 days of the RMA issue date.

Standard Replacement - You will send the defective product to Belkin. Once received, the replacement will be sent to you.

Step #3

Review, confirm and submit your request.

We're unable to process your returns at this time. Please return at a later date to request your RMA. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Terms and Conditions
  • Belkin is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please ENSURE and obtain a TRACKING number as a safeguard.
  • Belkin ships via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for all replacements for all non-expedited replacements.
  • P.O. Box addresses are NOT accepted for RMA returns. You must provide us with a physical address to continue with the RMA Process.
  • Belkin's sole liability, and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s) shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question.
  • Customer bears the cost of sending the defective unit(s) to Belkin plus any expedited fees, and Belkin bears the cost of shipping the replacement unit to customer.
  • Belkin does not offer refunds, credits or upgrades.
  • Canadian customers are responsible for custom charges including, but not limited to, brokerage, taxes, duties and other fees.
  • Replacements are processed upon product availability.
  • Belkin shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data.
  • If a suitable replacement is not available within 30 days from the receipt of your returned product, Belkin will issue credit note. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.
  • Warranty is available only to the original purchaser.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 20 days after issues date. Belkin must receive product within this time period. Any product received later than 20 days from date of RMA issue, will be returned to sender.
  • Belkin is not responsible for return freight charges resulting from invalid or expired RMA shipments.
